I’m a psychotherapist who works with adults who have experienced trauma, depression, & anxiety. To address these issues, I recommend using EMDR, somatic practices & psychodynamic (inner child work) interventions. I have deep knowledge of dynamics that you may be facing, including narcissistic abuse, complex trauma (CPTSD), emotional incest, codependency, etc.

People have described my therapeutic style as curious and caring. For those who prefer a direct style of therapy, I can provide that upon request as I know that style is desired by some. In my experience, therapy tends to be most successful for those who are curious, open to trying new approaches, and can attend therapy sessions on a consistent basis to build momentum. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My belief is that life events greatly shape how we view ourselves and others, and they drive our life decisions on mostly a subconscious level. When we don’t realize what is driving our behaviors, we remain stuck in relational or life dynamics that at best do not serve our interests and at worst expose us to deepening depression, anxiety, or trauma. I can help you develop greater awareness of the patterns that play out in your life and help expand your sense of choice. I can help you become more connected to your body through somatic and mindfulness practices.
