My Background and Approach
As a bereavement counselor, this stuck feeling came up often as a wife or son was having a hard time redefining their life without being a husband or a care-giver. It inspired me to write a book for my clients, Becoming Unstuck.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I use a humanistic, client-centered, non-judgmental approach. Previously, I sat bedside with patients, then continued by counseling the families through their grieving journey.
