Progress does not have to follow some specific plan, and I am taking this journey with you, by providing tools, guidance, encouragement and support.

“Meaningful Progress” and “Progress is not Perfection” are the themes I injects into each session, as well as on her personal path. I understand life brings many uncertainties and challenges, therefore providing focused and customizable treatment to people from all walks of life will lead to meaningful progress. It’s not perfect, but purposeful. I have over 18 years of experience in the helping profession. I believe access to health and helping services should be available to everyone. My passions are helping individuals and I look forward to working with you.
