My passions are helping individuals who experienced trauma, substance use/addiction, adolescent development, life transudations, relationship issues, anxiety and depression. Age ranging from middle age (13) on up.
My Background and Approach
Specialties included, but not limited to, Trauma Substance Use/ Addiction Counseling Parenting and personal stress Childhood behavior Anxiety and Depression Counselor for marginalized minorities/ cultural counseling Relationship counseling/ coaching Counseling for adults experiencing life transition Grief Counseling, coping with death and dying I believe counseling is a partnership built on trust, compassion, and a desire to make positive changes in one's life. Progress does not have to follow some specific plan, and I am taking this journey with you, by providing tools, guidance, encouragement and support.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
“Meaningful Progress” and “Progress is not Perfection” are the themes I injects into each session, as well as on her personal path. I understand life brings many uncertainties and challenges, therefore providing focused and customizable treatment to people from all walks of life will lead to meaningful progress. It’s not perfect, but purposeful. I have over 18 years of experience in the helping profession. I believe access to health and helping services should be available to everyone. My passions are helping individuals and I look forward to working with you.
