My passion lies in providing culturally sensitive psychotherapy to teens, young adults, and adults seeking to build self-esteem, find harmony in relationships, reduce feelings of worry, navigate all aspects of motherhood, and discover healthy coping for stress. I understand that each individual's path is unique, and I respect and value that journey as we work together. Your experiences are important, and I am committed to helping you navigate through them with care, understanding, and expertise.

Parents… Are you worried about your teen? Are they so moody? Maybe you’re wondering whether what’s going on is ‘normal teenage stuff’ or something to be more concerned about? Adults...Are you living the life you want to live right now? Or Is stress, anxiety, trauma, or grief getting in the way? Are you, “in your head” a lot, ruminating about your relationships? work? the future? I’d like to help. I love working with teens and adults, and also I'm trained and experienced in EMDR therapy.
Navigating trauma can feel isolating and overwhelming, with a heaviness in your chest and emotions you can’t name. As your therapist, I aim to understand your pain and guide you toward a life where your past no longer dictates your present—a life of hope, connection, and resilience. Together, we'll work to release anxiety and despair, helping you reclaim your strength and live fully, untethered from the pain that has held you back.
My practice specializes in helping adults work through their struggles and challenges with anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges due to life stage changes (i.e., separation/divorce, grief, marriage, birth of child, empty nesting, job loss, etc.), social skills challenges, coping skills challenges, postpartum depression, parenting struggles, and social/life skills. I work with each client (via telehealth) to create a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space to build trust.
Let’s face it—today’s world can feel like trying to navigate the increasingly complicated system at Disneyland that used to feel so easy but now feels impossibly exclusive. Anxiety and stress are natural responses to the chaos around us, and if you're feeling overwhelmed, you're definitely not alone. Let's take a holistic approach to help you not only understand what you're going through, but to navigate it with more clarity and confidence. No special app required!
