I work with high-achieving women who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, burnout, and perfectionism. Many of my clients struggle with balancing personal and professional responsibilities while feeling disconnected from what truly matters. I help women manage anxiety, people-pleasing, and relationship issues, guiding them toward more balance and fulfillment in their lives.
I love working with Queer and Trans folks who feel things deeply and intuitively, are curious about spirituality, who are social justice oriented, and who feel a calling to bring their gifts and offerings into this world! I also specialize in supporting folx who are seeking deeper healing of trauma and oppression. I offer limited sliding scale spots for LGBTTSQIA activists, chronically ill/disabled folx, and BIPOC.

You're in need of unconditional support and a full body exhale along the path to lasting change. It’s time now - you’ve tried to do it on your own for far too long.

I help people who feel anxiety and stress in relationships to feel less anxious. I know that the worry, frustration and confusion that we feel with those we care most about can feel overwhelming and can make thriving or just getting through the day much more difficult. It can also lead to unhelpful patterns with ourselves and others. Anxiety in relationships can be a real burden and I don't want you to suffer. Together we will work to get your satisfaction in relationships back.
You find yourself wondering how it is possible to be in a relationship and feel so alone. No matter how hard you try to connect with your partner, the two of you just seem to keep missing each other. You miss the fun the two of you used to have, you miss the times when the two of you used to talk so easily. Working with a trained couples therapist can help you to get back on track with your relationship. It is possible to heal, grow and have fulfilling relationships.
I work primarily with folks who are: neurodivergent (e.g. autistic, ADHD, or other), chronically ill/disabled (particularly with autoimmune illnesses), queer/LGBTQIAA2S, sexual/gender outsiders, fat-identified and/or hoping to develop a more loving relationship with their body, sex workers, poly folks, and those in non-traditional relationship and family structures. If you've ever been told that you're too much, too negative, or too "in your head," let's talk. I welcome you exactly as you are.
Restarting your life? Are you feeling lost, overwhelmed, isolated? Do you feel stuck in the past ? Or maybe you think you are powerless, too old, too young, too different, or low energy? Some of the folks I enjoy working with are members of my queer community, older adults, creative types and people connected to the earth who care about our planet and may be experiencing climate grief. I appreciate transitioners of all types and lovers of learning.

The folks I tend to work best with are those who are committed to an exploratory process, trying things out, and are interested in experimenting. I've supported folks with navigating anxiety, unpacking identity, and rethinking relationships. I appreciate working with folks who like a good analogy or pop culture reference or pun as part of the therapeutic process. I try to be as much myself as possible while in the therapist role, and invite my clients' whole self to join us.
Life in the Bay Area is challenging and the additional stress associated with being LGBTQ+, a woman, pregnancy, parenting or all of the above can push it over the edge. High levels of stress can interfere with relationships, parenting, work, self-care and health. Therapy can support you in cultivating a sense of well-being and balance in your life as well as help you overcome specific mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma and addictive behaviors.

I work primarily with queer people and transfolks--many of whom come from immigrant families and navigate complex identities and experiences as a result. Most of the people I work with are coping with symptoms that have emerged in relationship to trauma. I love working with couples, groups, and families, particularly those with nontraditional configurations, as well as with individuals.

While offering a general practice, I have extensive experience serving adoptees and persons who have experienced early life loss, neglect and abuse as well as persons recovering from adversities in adulthood. I have a special interest in supporting couples with histories of trauma or living with cultural differences and persons with strong creative or spiritual orientations.
