My Background and Approach
As an EMDR Certified Therapist, Certified Enneagram & Integral Coach, I personally know the support it takes to get past stuck places like your well-being depends on it. I believe that life can be more fulfilling when we have effective care to help us unburden our bodies and connect to our essence (who we truly are underneath the armor that we wear). This effective care can also help you address a variety of unresolved traumas, relationship challenges, complicated grief, big life transitions, perfectionism, and impostor syndrome cycles. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We can never have too many healthy human beings in this world, and I believe that it's an act of bravery to be conscious of living a life beyond survival mode. As a Black Woman of Afro-Caribbean descent, I am a fierce advocate for social justice and equity, so intersections of your identity aren't ignored in our work together. In short, whoever you are, and whatever juncture you're at in life, there is open space for you in our work together. Lasting change is possible through effective practices backed by neuroscience, attachment theory, and human development that I know will help you unburden your mind, heart, and body while helping you make contact with the 'you' that you might have forgotten about and didn't even know existed.
