I enjoy working with kids (10+) and teen girls dealing with anxiety, past trauma, sports performance, friendship problems, family conflict, big transitions, perfectionistic tendencies, and managing big emotions. The clients I support are goal-driven and hard-working but are often struggling on the inside. My goal is to assist clients in challenging times by helping them develop the skills and mindsets to reach their full potential.

As a Black man, I understand the unique experiences of Black men in America and the ways in which these experiences contribute to mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety and stress. I also recognize that Black men are diverse and are not a monolith.
