About My Clients
Currently offering virtual therapy in multiple states (please check PSYPACT state list). In a supportive setting, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help attain the personal growth they’re striving for. Some of the mental health concerns I treat include, but are not limited to ADD/ADHD, Emotion Regulation, Assertiveness, Child Psychology, Anxiety, Trauma, PTSD, Self–Esteem, Depression, Grief, Sleep Problems, and Pre-Marital Counseling.
My Background and Approach
While I have experience in multiple modalities of treatment, my primary theoretical orientation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My approach is holistic while recognizing each client's individual personality, culture, and context. Of all the therapists in the field of mental health, the Psychologist has the highest level of education and training available, and I look forward to using my knowledge to assist clients in developing an understanding of themselves while acquiring the skillset to better handle the difficulties they are experiencing. Therapy is beneficial in finding meaning and purpose, while helping to better your mental health.
