I enjoy working with clients who desire to improve their important relationships. Whether they are work, romantic, family relationships or friendships, our relational patterns are largely consistent. While self-help books, podcasts, and trainings often provide great advice on new behaviors one can adopt to improve relationships, they often fail to get to the personalized reasons relationships are difficult in the first place.
