I have a strong background working with adolescents and adults in the LGBTQIA+ community specializing in gender trauma and other traumas associated within the LGBTQIA+ community facilitating group therapy and individual sessions. My clients come from many backgrounds and present with many issues, but all share the desire to be heard and helped.
Most of my clients suffer from anxiety and depression due to psychosocial and environmental elements that feel "out of control". Feelings of being stuck in unhealthy cycles that cause challenges in relationships, social settings, and personal growth.
