I work with women of all ages, as I am passionate in helping others heal. My specializations include faith, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, people pleasers, and grief. I firmly believe that the "fit" and the relationship is the most important part of what makes therapy helpful to people. I tend to do well with folks who don't mind going 'deep' - looking at patterns from the past, making connections and insights into how these impact their present behavior, and working from that.

I am experienced in helping clients with a variety of life challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD, gender identity, trauma, grief, and anger management. I specialize in working with teens and young adults in the LGBTQIA community, neurodivergent individuals, health care workers, and veterans. In addition, I have training in veterinary social work, which includes working with veterinarians and animal rescue workers, as well as addressing issues surrounding pet loss and grief.

I work with adult individuals, couples, and adult groups (think: adult child and parent, adult siblings, friends, etc). I do not work with teens or children. My typical clients are interested in working through issues, invested in their growth, and are open to exploring deeper issues of life and what it means to be them.
