I work with girls 6 + & women of all ages, as I am passionate in helping others heal. My specializations include faith, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, people pleasers, and grief. I firmly believe that the "fit" and the relationship is the most important part of what makes therapy helpful to people. I tend to do well with folks who don't mind going 'deep' - looking at patterns from the past, making connections and insights into how these impact their present behavior, and working from that.
