Perhaps you thought a relationship or job would bring meaning and purpose into your life, and now you are at cross-roads or generally feel unfulfilled. You may even recognize the patterns that you need to change, but you cannot figure out how to put that change into action. Together we can develop a holistic plan for action that helps you develop healthy habits, grow personally, and be a leader in your work and life.
You're successful on the outside, but inside, you feel overwhelmed, stuck in a cycle of overthinking, perfectionism, and burnout. Anxiety drives you to strive for more, yet it robs you of joy and peace. You feel like you should handle it all, but your mind won’t slow down. As a high-achieving person, you give to others while neglecting yourself. You long to feel calmer, set boundaries, and realign with what truly matters. Sound familiar? Therapy can provide clarity, relief, and a path forward.
I do my best work with people 18 and older trying to improve the most important relationships there are--the ones with themselves and their romantic partners. This often looks like anxiety and depression individually, and feeling unable to communicate effectively in intimate relationships. I love using a mind/body/spirit approach to those open to it, always with the goal of helping people feel more confident, better able to set boundaries, and be more at peace in their own skin and homes.
Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. My goal is for this process to feel supportive, affirming, and appropriately challenging.
