My heart-centered approach weaves together eco-therapy, depth psychology, mindfulness and somatics. I specialize in psychedelic integration work.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a nature lover, yoga practitioner, and world traveler, and student of life. In addition to my studies of psychotherapy I have studied Yoga, Kirtan, and traditional Amazonian plant medicines and believe in a wholistic approach to healing.
