My Clients come to the therapy journey wanting to transform painful feelings and situations into more understanding of Self and life. We work collaboratively to find the power and strengths you carry within to take inspired steps into new directions and experiences. Many of my Clients enjoy developing a more secure connection to their own intuition, instinct and present moment to make more informed decisions based on their inner guidance, and set boundaries with what no longer fits their life.
My Background and Approach
With 25 years of counseling experience I provide holistic and transpersonal psychotherapy using energy psychology, EMDR, EFT, CBT, meditation and mind/body practices.

My passion is to help you find an experience of your Self that is full of love, confidence and resiliancy; linking you to your strengths and repairing any outdated beliefs that keep you locked in an unhelpful self-image. If you are feeling ready for change, I can help you with tools to release the past and manifest your dreams into reality. My approach honors your worldview and strengths as well as your expressed goals and pace in the healing process. I believe that an experience of Wholeness in the mind/body/spirit connection is an essential part of the healing process. Together, we can explore ways to improve your ability to be more Present with yourself and others, identify your deeper purpose, and move into your power.
