My Background and Approach
If you are dealing with insomnia, you understand how this negatively impacts your quality of life. Sleep disturbance causes a great amount of distress, often creating anxiety about even getting into the bed each night. I invite you to contact me so we can discuss your goals and how I might help you achieve them. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), clinically proven to treat insomnia and sleep disorders. While every person is different, the average length of time to complete this treatment is 6-10 sessions, meeting weekly. Let's work together so you have the opportunity for a significant improvement in your quality of life. I am also passionate about working with couples using an integrative approach that draws from Gottman, Solution-Focused therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. All sessions are currently online. This means starting therapy right now is very easy and convenient.
