About My Clients
There's a reason they say "It takes a village to raise a child." Parenting has it lots of up's & down's and can quickly get overwhelming. But there's no need to navigate the challenging times alone. I proudly serve parents & children (ages 3-11 years old) who are struggling with big emotions & behaviors, developmental transitions, or child/adult mental health issues.
My Background and Approach
I strive to create a therapeutic atmosphere where each person feels seen & heard. Through child-centered therapy, I can begin to communicate with your child and help guide as s/he/they makes sense of their feelings and behaviors. But parents & caregivers need support, too! Parent sessions are a time to focus on you & your experiences without judgement (and without kiddos). These sessions are flexible and can be a place for you to decompress, to ask Qs or to explore parenting styles & strategies. I'm happy to meet in-person or virtually.
