My clients are self-aware, cross-cultural thinkers who have done their years of self-exploration. You long to free yourself from self-limiting habits that you know intimately—but still somehow get you every time. You’re looking for a POC therapist who is comfortable and calm in deep places, can meet your level of insight and courage, and hold safe space so you can cut to the chase. You're itching to cast off the rules that were never yours, and brave the emergence of your most resonant self.

Together, let's find a way for you to heal old wounds, make day-to-day choices based on what's meaningful to you, and dismantle self-made obstacles that keep you from being your best and truest.
Social Justice Issues I Care About
My practice calls out to people of any race, culture, dis/ability, gender identity, or sexual orientation, especially those from groups who are oppressed, discriminated against, colonized and those who exist at the intersections. I work everyday to be aware of my own biases and potential for microaggressions, and am happy to have those conversations. I always work hard not to assume what your identity means to you, even if we overlap! As a therapist, I am in the life-long process of learning how to support racial justice and liberatory therapy for all of the folks I work with.
