About My Clients
I support individuals who are navigating the impact of past trauma. I also work with clients who are exploring their identities—whether related to gender, sexuality, relationship styles, or other aspects of self. Additionally, I support neurodivergent individuals in understanding their needs and discovering ways to engage with the world that feel authentic and sustainable. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or unhealthy behaviors that are affecting your daily life, I'm here to help.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed clinical social worker. My approach is informed by both my formal education and my personal commitment to social justice. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and I am continually fueled by my work with individuals who are navigating complex intersections of identity. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to reach your goals. I use a combination of EMDR (and other trauma-informed approaches), DBT, and a person-centered framework to ensure that my clients feel heard, empowered, and supported. Some of the areas I specialize in include: Trauma/Anxiety/Depression LGBTQIA+/Polyamory/Non-Monogamy Neurodivergent Support I understand that it can be difficult to take the first step, but I am confident that therapy is a powerful tool for growth, and I am here to support you every step of the way.
