I approach the therapy relationship with genuineness, empathy, and warmth. You and I are two humans who can develop a trusting relationship that can lead to your personal growth. This happens when barriers to expressing feelings are removed, a safe space is created that allows a person to explore thoughts and feelings, gain clarity, and make changes for better living.

I believe that human connection is imperative to emotional wellness. I am an ally of the LGBTQ community and a supporter of equity and access to quality healthcare. I believe we are our best selves when our body, mind, and spirit are aligned.
