I enjoy working with clients teens and adults who identify as QTBIPOC, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, and parents. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds and am committed to providing an affirming therapeutic space and referrals when necessary.

My approach focuses on deeply understanding your personal story while incorporating somatic tools to help you reconnect with your body. This reconnection allows for a deeper awareness of your needs, promoting greater self-understanding and overall well-being.
