About My Clients
My professional therapy experience includes anxiety, depression, gender, sexuality, and trauma. I welcome working with people who are professional care providers, as well as people with disabilities. I identify as disabled, queer, and transgender (she/they pronouns).
My Background and Approach
I work with individuals, couples, and polycule’s in a collaborative and affirming dialogue. My style is an integrated process rooted in a psychodynamic approach, one mindful of both your strengths and struggles. I believe establishing a safe and healing space is critical to effective collaborative therapy. Progress develops when we feel we are affirmed for who we are in the moment. That we are reliably safe to explore, feel, reflect, or weave meaning from our experiences, explore possible shifts and affirm what we may wish to hold onto. I see my practice as a creative type of activism practiced through supporting the holistic wellness, adaptability, and sustainability of individuals as well as communities at the forefront of historical oppression and trauma. As such my practice is trauma informed, intersectional feminist, body and sex positive, grounded in de-colonizing methodologies and evidenced based interventions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am kink and polyamory affirming and have experience supporting sex workers.
