You’re ready to step into a new chapter of your life. Perhaps setting your true self free or learning who that person is. It could be quieting your mind enough to begin enjoying the small things and celebrating the large ones. Maybe you want to break free of expectations and venture forward into possibilities that excite you. I offer a warm nonjudgmental approach, and I will stay present with you as you explore the sides of yourself, past trauma, shame, fear, and everything weighing you down.
My Background and Approach
I use mindfulness, psychodrama, and other experiential approaches to step outside my comfort zone and find the powerful connections between body and mind. In conjunction with this, I teach dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) skills and self-regulation for coping and distress tolerance. Along with being a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am an advocate.
