My Background and Approach
In my practice I will focus on providing support to my clients utilizing evidence based and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) techniques. Through active listening I will work towards empowering you to tackle cognitive distortions, develop positive behavior practices, and manage intense emotions. I have experience working with adolescents, families, couples, and adults treating anxiety, depression, aggression, and life-partner struggles/issues.
