Do you sometimes feel ruled by your past? Like there’s a story you've been telling yourself that doesn’t quite fit anymore, but is tough to deprogram. Perhaps you've begun exploring your own identity/ies in various ways, differentiating from your family’s expectations, and asking yourself the big question “Who am I?” and could really use a guide and witness to help make space for your evolution. You’ve read, listened, and followed but nothing has changed. You don't have to work so hard alone.

My clients are open-minded individuals exploring their identity, relationships, or sexuality outside of traditional norms. Whether you're navigating nonmonogamy, queerness or kinky dynamics, or just want a therapist with a fresh approach, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space. If you're facing anxiety, trauma, or uncertainty, I'm here to help you explore and find the clarity and support you need.
Do you and your partner struggle with communication issues, conflict or sexual issues that undermine your ability to have a fulfilling relationship? Do you long for deeper emotional and sexual intimacy? Do you and your partner feel like roommates? Do you feel defeated and frustrated about having the sort of connection and support that you crave? I support couples in creating their optimal relationship in which they feel fully known, loved, connected, and supported in being their best selves.
I have clients from many different walks of life and from varying ethnic, geographical, educational, occupational, and socio-economic backgrounds. My clients are often facing challenges in daily life, in their relationships, in feeling understood/gotten, and in trying to have congruence in their lives. I work best with clients who are verbal processors, who are committed to the investment of weekly therapy sessions, and who are seeking greater insights, different perspectives, and to feel seen.
We are also committed to creating an inclusive space where everyone’s story is valued. No matter your background, culture, identity, or orientation, we honor and celebrate the diversity that strengthens our communities. Our mental health services are designed to meet the diverse needs of our community, creating a space where everyone can find personalized support and meaningful connection.

I work with anyone looking to dig deep to heal their sense of self and their relationships. I work with individuals in therapy to identify the problematic thoughts, behaviors, and patterns that stem from our oldest and deepest attachment wounds. I work with couples and ENM partnerships from an attachment perspective - I help partners communicate in a deeper, more attuned way to promote closeness, understanding, and intimacy. I also love working with families that are working through conflict.
Feelings of inadequacy and never being enough are toxic cycles. They affect how you act in relationships, handle situations, and view the world. As a second-generation Asian American, I understand the impact of culture and family dynamics. Growing up, there may have been pressure to fit a certain mold. Now, you may find yourself struggling with boundaries and perfectionism. These are symptoms of intergenerational trauma which I specialize in, or they may stem from other areas of your life.
Is anxiety holding you back from living the life you want? Are you noticing old wounds being triggered? Are you ready to explore your shadows and bring more awareness to your life? My goal as a therapist is to help provide tools to manage symptoms while also exploring root causes to issues. I utilize tools/ techniques that allow for deeper level processing and healing. If you are ready to clear the blocks that are holding you back and create the life you want reach out for a consultation.
My clients are hardworking, smart and intuitive. They're also at the end of their rope and don't know what else to do to help themselves. I take a whole-person approach. All parts of you are welcome! Anxiety can layer on top of other emotions making it hard to get to the root causes and struggles. Undiagnosed ADHD without proper support or recognition can throw a wrench in (all) your plans. I can help clear away the fog. Let's make what you LOVE and VALUE the center of your life.
