I provide therapy for adults (particularly those struggling to navigate their 20s and 30s) with a variety of concerns, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, loss, trauma, family of origin issues, life transitions, and perfectionism. I also provide couples therapy for those wanting to deepen or strengthen their relationship, wherein my therapeutic style is highly interactive, supportive, and more direct than when working with individuals.
