About My Clients
Often times, we are our own worst critic. I can work with you to explore the impact of self-criticism, and develop develop self-compassion. If you experience difficulty with regulating emotions, I can help to provide skills that help empower you to build a life worth living. I have a trauma-informed approach and offer EMDR therapy. Whatever your individual goals are, my focus in therapy is to foster a safe and non-judgmental space for you to begin the process of personal exploration and growth.
My Background and Approach
My practice primarily centers on helping clients struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, perfectionism, trauma, borderline personality disorder, and addiction. I combine a humanistic approach with evidence-based practices, including CBT and DBT, and EMDR.
