I draw from somatic practices, nervous system care, mindfulness, EMDR, IFS (parts work), and DBT, depending on what resonates with you. Some sessions may center on unraveling a pattern; others may be quieter—marked by stillness and noticing. We might laugh, we might pause. There is no one right way to be here.
