About My Clients

If you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode—you are not alone. Together, we will quiet the internal noise, build your capacity for the hard stuff, and reconnect you to a steadier, more rooted sense of self. I often work with clients navigating trauma, relational ruptures, and the emotional weight that comes with healing. Our work is about finding clarity, creating compassion, and expanding what feels possible.

What I Specialize In

Therapy with me is not about fixing you—it is about slowing down, getting curious, and making space for whatever shows up. I draw from somatic practices, nervous system care, mindfulness, EMDR, IFS (parts work), and DBT, depending on what resonates with you. Some sessions may center on unraveling a pattern; others may be quieter—marked by stillness and noticing. We might laugh, we might pause. There is no one right way to be here. You can come as you are—messy, tired, honest, hopeful. This is your space to breathe, and I will meet you there with care and tools that support your pace.

My Values as a Therapist

I believe in honesty that softens, presence that steadies, and support that truly lands. I show up as a whole human—and invite you to do the same. My style is warm, collaborative, and unpolished in the best way. I create space for truth—especially the raw and tangled parts—to be met with care and held without judgment. I care deeply about alignment, and about helping people shift from survival mode into something steadier. My own experiences with anxiety, trauma, and the pressure to hold it all together shape how I show up in this work. Therapy has been a lifeline in my life, and it means everything to have the privilege of offering that kind of support to kind, brave people like you. If you are looking for a therapist who can hold both the depth and the beautiful strangeness of being human—I just might be your person.
