I work psychoanalytically with patients who wish to more deeply explore and understand their internal world. Together we can create language for hidden, blocked, 'unthinkable' thoughts; name and reflect on unconscious conflicts; work through dreams; and build resilience.

Hello dear one. While I may not yet know your journey, I’m glad we are crossing paths. Healing is not meant to be done alone. Each of us will face anxiety, loss, disruption, disconnection, illness… these are natural to the human condition. As a world community, the unraveling is at our door: climate change, wars, and rampant inequality. In exploring these challenges, we will tap into the wells of knowledge, tools, and wisdom that reside within us and the Earth, as collaborators in your healing.
Are you tired of bad "dates" with therapists, finding yourself explaining basic parts of your identity and feeling like therapy's going nowhere because of it? Maybe you're kinky, disabled, BIPOC, neurodivergent, queer, non-monogamous, all of the above, or don't subscribe to labels. I seek to create and hold space for your identities, growth, and exploration as we navigate your chosen path.
My ideal client is someone who is ready to make positive changes in their life and is open to exploring new perspectives and strategies. Whether you are dealing with relationship issues, past traumas, anxiety, depression, or simply seeking personal growth, I am here to help. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who are motivated to improve their relationships, whether with themselves, their partners, or their families.
I provide psychotherapy for youth ages 12 and older, individual adults, and families. My specialty is children and adolescent mental health. Other specialties include depression, anxiety, trauma, mindfulness, peer relationships, family dynamics, behavioral issues, neurodiversity (Autism Spectrum, ADHD), creative arts, and Filipino-American values. My fluency in Filipino (Tagalog) is conversational. I have extensive experience working with Filipino and BIPOC families with history of child abuse.
Are you an adult who hasn't fully gotten over how you were treated as a child? Do you struggle with anxiety or PTSD symptoms? Have you experienced emotional neglect and/or feel that you weren't emotionally cared for as a child? If any of these resonate with you, I can help.

Do you feel disconnected from yourself and others around you? Do you feel unsure how to express your true self or live the life you want? As a Gender, Sex, and Relationship Diversity knowledgable therapist, I offer a supportive environment to address issues in life that may be holding you back. Sometimes it is our own beliefs about ourselves or our true potential that is our greatest barrier. Therapy can help uncover those barriers and help you learn skills for living an authentic life.
Do you and your partner struggle with communication issues, conflict or sexual issues that undermine your ability to have a fulfilling relationship? Do you long for deeper emotional and sexual intimacy? Do you and your partner feel like roommates? Do you feel defeated and frustrated about having the sort of connection and support that you crave? I support couples in creating their optimal relationship in which they feel fully known, loved, connected, and supported in being their best selves.
My clients are open-minded individuals exploring their identity, relationships, or sexuality outside of traditional norms. Whether you're navigating nonmonogamy, queerness or kinky dynamics, or just want a therapist with a fresh approach, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space. If you're facing anxiety, trauma, or uncertainty, I'm here to help you explore and find the clarity and support you need.
I work with anyone looking to dig deep to heal their sense of self and their relationships. I work with individuals in therapy to identify the problematic thoughts, behaviors, and patterns that stem from our oldest and deepest attachment wounds. I work with couples and ENM partnerships from an attachment perspective - I help partners communicate in a deeper, more attuned way to promote closeness, understanding, and intimacy. I also love working with families that are working through conflict.
Our therapists specialize in addressing a wide range of mental health concerns with tailoring to identity trauma. We understand the profound impact of traumatic experiences and the importance of finding inner strength. We are committed to serving individuals from marginalized groups, including but not limited to people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those who face societal barriers. Our practice is a safe haven where you can be your authentic self, free from judgment and discrimination.

I love working with people who have complex, complicated pasts. We are indeed shaped by all that has happened to us and, when we understand our past, we can choose how we want to move forward. I also love supporting people with a big vision for the future. So often, life changing events propel us to help others. As long as we can cope with the uncertainty and self-doubt that too often accompany these big ideas, we can make a big impact on the world.
I work almost exclusively with the trans and nonbinary communities, and I have specialized in gender identities for the last 8 years. I am kink-aware, ethical non-monogamy-friendly, and sex positive. I see clients as young as 13 years old. I am familiar with dissociation, as well as working with dissociative systems and plural folx.
Feelings of inadequacy and never being enough are toxic cycles. They affect how you act in relationships, handle situations, and view the world. As a second-generation Asian American, I understand the impact of culture and family dynamics. Growing up, there may have been pressure to fit a certain mold. Now, you may find yourself struggling with boundaries and perfectionism. These are symptoms of intergenerational trauma which I specialize in, or they may stem from other areas of your life.

Many clients come to me feeling stuck in unsatisfying relationships. They crave deeper connections with partners, parents, or other important figures, but despite expressing their needs, nothing seems to change. They often find themselves caught in cycles of frustration, vowing not to get angry or to "just let things go," only to feel overwhelmed again. Emotions like anxiety, anger, and sadness can feel unmanageable, and they may be triggered by small or unexpected events.
Are you struggling with overcoming overwhelming emotions, excessive worries, or significant life transitions? If so, you've come to the right place! Using a holistic approach, I offer comprehensive mental health services to help you achieve optimal well-being. With training in cultural competency, I aim to create a safe and brave space, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings freely. Together, we can empower you to reach your full potential and live your best life!
Many of the individuals and couples I work with come to me because they are feeling emotionally and physically out of touch with their partners. My practice mainly focuses on helping dissatisfied partners communicate effectively and feel more seen, heard, and understood in the relationship. I work from a relational-cultural perspective, aiming to understand each person within the larger systems they exist in, and helping to bridge the gaps in communication by getting to the root of conflicts.
