About My Clients
With over 20 years of experience we will guide you to improving your relationships within your family and with yourself. Our therapists work with a diverse client population from early childhood through late adulthood as well as couples and families. We bring a group with diverse experience working with clients with trauma histories, relationship issues, and issues related to addiction.
My Background and Approach
We are trained in EMDR therapy and Parts Work to address issues related to trauma. We also use CBT, DBT, ACT, and an eclectic humanistic approach to addressing the client’s specific needs.
