As a kink-identified Psychologist & AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist, my passion is helping motivated individuals and couples reclaim their sexuality. I help them feel more grounded in who they are as sexual beings, more attuned to their wants and needs, more confident communicating with their partner, and better able to enjoy a vibrantly rewarding sex life.

I provide stigma-free, affirming, high-quality individual therapy to those in the LGBTQ+ community. I am committed to helping you feel safe, valued, and deeply respected. Some feel confused about their sexual orientation or sexuality. Others simply want help from someone who understands the challenges, stigma, and discrimination they face. Whatever your reason is for seeking therapy, you'll be in good hands with a provider who can help you address your needs.

As a psychologist treating individuals of Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Diversity (GSRD), my practice is inclusive of those of all genders, sexual orientations, identities, kinks, relationship structures, and behaviors between consenting adults.

Anxiety is a normal and adaptive emotion we all experience from time to time. However, problematic anxiety can affect your work and home life, prevent you from connecting with loved ones, and leave you ruminating on all the awful “what-ifs." Anxiety can also make you irritable, disrupt sleep, and even cause panic attacks. The good news is that it can be treated. So, what if you could be comfortable in your own skin? I’d argue that’s one “what if” scenario worth exploring.

Whether you're an experienced kinkster or you're newly interested in exploring kink/BDSM safely, I am passionate and knowledgable about helping folx whose sex includes some form of kink or BDSM. Issues related to the importance of enthusiastic consent, self-esteem, clear and assertive communication, as well as safely exploring your fantasies and understanding why you find certain forms of kink particularly erotic are common topics in treatment.

I work with kinky and non-monogamous men to address sexual performance anxieties, desire discrepancies, porn and/or substance use, and communication difficulties. I also help straight-identified men understand and appreciate their attraction to trans women.
