I work very relationally, our relationship is the strongest tool. Trauma can mean many things for different people, and doesn't have to be from a one time event or from a serious accident. Your relationship with your body and your nervous system are capable of sending you all kinds of messages, which can be overwhelming after difficult experiences. Reworking how our brains process trauma can create agency and build new neural pathways.
