Are you going through a life transition and need support with managing all the changes going on in your life? That might be changes in school, work, family, parenting or relationships. Or even a quarter-life crisis spent navigating new and old relationships. I'm here to support you in processing these changes as well as recognizing your own strengths to draw from during periods of change. I believe that everyone needs someone to support them - and challenge them - to get through these times.
I work well with adults and adolescents (specifically women) experiencing challenges with anxiety, self-esteem, mood, and identity. I am passionate about supporting you in discovering and deepening your "sense of Self". We humans are complex, multifaceted creatures— often holding conflicting feelings and aspirations at once. Together, we'll untangle the web of your varied human experiences, to make sense of the "you" at the core.
Growing up internationally, I experienced relationships in a way that felt deeply connected to community, culture, and tradition. Moving to America as a young adult brought new challenges and opportunities, pushing me to navigate the complexities of identity, belonging, and connection in a different context. These transitions shaped my deep curiosity about relationships and the ways we heal from pain and grow through change. As a therapist, I bring these personal insights into my work with teens
I welcome anyone who is having a hard time and hoping that things can be easier, but am especially suited to work with people with big feelings, people who exist outside of the gender binary, queer people in general, people who are angry or heartbroken about the state of the world, and people who have always felt like they don't quite fit.
I work well with individuals who are experiencing long-standing depression, anxiety, shame/guilt, low self-esteem, grief, or relationship struggles - to name a few. These struggles have often existed for such time that they might feel interwoven into one's personality and as if there is no resolution to the agony they cause.

I enjoy working with clients on relationship issues, anxiety, adjustment, trauma, and with members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I welcome the opportunity to work with individuals, teens, couples, families, and children. My history working in community health settings with children experiencing behavioral issues and developmental disorders continues to inform my practice as a clinician. I have worked closely with families undergoing lifestyle transitions and young adults entering college.
I support adult individuals and couples through challenges associated with anxiety, depression, masculinity, mixed-race identity, life transitions, self-esteem, communication, and relationship functioning. Though I see myself as an active participant in your therapeutic journey, I aim to provide you with the space to take ownership of your healing. In other words, we will work at your pace to better understand what makes you the person you are today.
I provide trauma-focused individual and group therapy for adults. Typical concerns of the people I work with include managing the effects of traumatic experiences, relationship issues, intense emotions, and grief. Areas of special focus include supporting survivors of sexual violence and adults healing from the effects of child abuse and relational trauma in their families of origin including sexual abuse, incest, neglect, and intimate partner violence.
When we feel most overwhelmed and stressed, we often find it difficult to prioritize what we value most. Our interests, our commitments, and the relationships most important to us often suffer when we are suffering and struggling to show up. Therapy can offer us a space to reconnect with ourselves, and find a sense of peace and calm, allowing us to move closer to the people and areas of our lives we want. Therapy can help us enjoy life again the way we once used to.
I specialize in supporting people with marginalized sexualities and relationships, including kink/BDSM, polyamory, ethical non-monogamy, and general concerns with sex / sexual desire. I understand how strong the shame can be here; my main priority is making sure you feel deeply heard, understood, and accepted. Not just by me, but by all parts of yourself as well. My hope is to help clients fully integrate these parts, even (and especially) the hidden ones.

I work with couples and individuals to overcome life's challenges including people of all cultural and religious backgrounds. I especially enjoy working with individuals to overcome religious and spiritual trauma, childhood and family trauma, and cultural adjustment issues.
I help people learn to forgive themselves for not being 'perfect' through eclectic evidence based modalities while also incorporating psychoeducation and lived experience – learning to give yourself the grace you deserve as well as increasing the ease with which you healthily cope with the stressors of life; To learn to create space for yourself and gain a sense of self acceptance and self actualization. I engage with you conversationally to create movement and change towards a healthy outcome .
Becoming a parent can be a landmine. What is often billed as simple, linear, and seamless can be filled with complicated emotions, experiences, and a sense of overwhelm. I work with people on all points of the birthing path- whether you are just thinking about having a child, trying to conceive, are pregnant or postpartum . This includes people struggling with infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and birth trauma, as well as partners and birth workers.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or misunderstood? If so, I would love to offer you a comfortable (virtual) space in which to get support. I enjoy working with people who are exploring neurodivergence (particularly autism and ADHD), gender identity, sexual orientation, or body image. I also connect well with people who are experiencing major life changes, chronic health conditions, or who are struggling with relationships and boundaries.

Many of my clients struggle to be vulnerable in relationships, due to the belief that they will experience rejection if they allow others to see their true selves. My promise is to see, hear, and understand each part of you, especially the parts that you are afraid to show others. In particular, I am passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ clients, especially gay men struggling to overcome internalized homophobia. I also work well with individuals wanting to process early childhood experiences.
Are you always a little bit afraid that an anxiety attack is waiting around the corner? Have you been hit with surprise anxiety more times than you can count? I know exactly what you're feeling: the pounding chest, the shortness of breath, the feeling that the walls are closing in and you need out NOW. Attacks can be terrifying, and I don't want you to have to suffer them anymore. Holistic practices can reduce anxiety tremendously, and I look forward to teaching you tools to take your life back.
