The ideal population for me to serve are young adults navigating anxiety and or changes going on in their lives. I also love helping young women dealing with women's issues like postpartum anxiety and infertility. Additionally, I work very well with college aged students since they feel that I'm very relatable. I love using cognitive behavioral therapy to work with clients who have generalized anxiety disorder, adjustment disorder, OCD, food issues and relationship issues.

I see adults who are interested in a person-centered, psychodynamic approach to therapy. I am a trauma-informed provider who works with clients that want to explore how their identity plays out in their behaviors, relationships, and community. As a parent, I understand the difficulties, stressors, and anxieties that come with parenthood. I am passionate about helping parents who are struggling with anxiety, postpartum depression, parenting struggles, and infertility.
