I provide empathy, compassion, and dedication to every client’s individual needs. In my practice you will find a safe space to learn from the past, live in the present, and look forward to the future. I will encourage you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that will help you identify obstacles while in a comfortable, compassionate, collaborative environment that fosters a non-judgmental dialogue. We will work together, with the goal in mind of getting you to a place where you are confident, happy, and living in the present moment.
Helping others is incredibly important to me, and something I try to do both in and out of therapy by volunteering. My family volunteers at God's Love where we help keep neighborhood streets clean throughout the city. I have also helped start a foundation called the Fringe Foundation where we help individuals who are not getting paid fair wages due to their immigration status. I believe that by volunteering within my community, I am able to make an impact on those around me and give back to those who need it most.
