We all experiences periods of time where we feel hopeless, stuck, and unsure of a way to move forward. And whether you want to address specific concerns or process trauma, grief, or life transitions, I will work collaboratively with you to uncover patterns, internal stories, and roadblocks that hinder your movement towards healing and growth.
My clients want to harness their strengths to: find meaning, purpose; manage ADHD; be rid of anger, abuse, control; heal a relationship, start dating, find belonging; cope with stress, anxiety, depression; process grief, loss; overcome shame, confront hard truths; try something new, give up something hard; navigate a life change; understand yourself. It's never too late to start living life how you want, as your whole self.

You have come to the right place. Working with adults with childhood trauma/complex trauma, couples/relational systems, chronic pain/illness, and queer/trans/non-binary individuals and relationships, I work collaboratively with clients to create spaces for care, depth, and connection.
I work with clients experiencing break ups, new relationships, current and past trauma, disconnection from self and others, disconnection from creativity and meaning, or other transitions in self and situation. Are looking for support with relationship issues? Relationships can provide the most meaningful and inspiring experiences of our lives. They can also be the most painful and confusing moments we ever endure. Whether you are in a committed relationship, navigating the beginning or end of a relationship, or just looking for help with dating - I can help.
While I’ve worked with clients from all different kinds of communities, I’m particularly passionate about supporting people who are working through sexual shame, navigating ethical non-monogamy, and those who identify as queer/BIPOC. I believe that community is at the core of our being. Despite that, relationships (platonic, romantic, or otherwise) are complicated. Navigating challenges that arise and staying curious can allow you to find ways to heal and discover your truth.
Mindfulness has the capacity to catalyze transformational change in a human being. I walk with my clients on this journey and provide the support and compassion they need to feel safe and process their trauma. Liberation from negative emotions and behavioral patterns is possible, let's realize it together. A good match between client and therapist is critical for all talk therapy. I offer free consultation to go over my process and to get to know each other so you can decide if we are a good fit
*Currently accepting new couples only* I work with people experiencing attachment injuries and disconnection. I view mental health symptoms within the context of prolonged disconnection from the self and others. When prolonged disconnection, suffering, and trauma occur, mental health symptoms like anxiety, depression, and those related to PTSD can arise. Those I work with often experience these symptoms, as well as shame, diminished self-worth, anger, fear, issues within relationships, etc.
