As a Resilience Lab therapist, we’ll start by getting a holistic picture of who you are and who you want to be. I like to get a sense of what you want your life to look like so we can co-create a vision that we can work towards together. Part of that work will include identifying your strengths and building skills to reach your goals.
Together, we’ll examine how these thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other so you can replace them with healthier patterns, get unstuck, and build the life you’ve always dreamed about. We'll also work on boundaries, communication, and distress tolerance so you can make the changes in your life that you desire. In a world that pulls our focus in so many directions, we’ll create a space just for you and your north star.
Due to trauma, stress, or unhelpful conditioning, many of us develop maladaptive coping strategies and negative thought patterns, which keeps us from living authentically.
