About My Clients
My typical client is not looking for a one-size fits all approach, they are looking for a creative solution, one which they have not already tried themselves. Initially coming in for therapy my client may feel anxious, depressed, have insomnia, relationship troubles or struggle with putting their phone away. I enjoy working with teenagers who spend too much time on their phones, families and couples who are drifting apart.
My Background and Approach
I can treat a wide-range of mental health issues and phase of life issues. I have over a decade of experience treating individuals, couples and families. I pride myself in being an extremely approachable therapist. I purposely maintain a small practice so that I can be readily available to my clients when they need me. My practice is entirely virtual in order for my clients to have easier access to me.
