As a first responder, I understand the high-pressure environments that can take a toll on mental and emotional well-being. In addition, I have dedicated years to volunteering in several marriage ministries, helping couples navigate challenges and strengthen their relationships. My academic background includes a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, equipping me with specialized knowledge in couple and family dynamics, and a Doctorate in Psychology, where I deepened my understanding of human behavior, mental health, and therapeutic interventions. These experiences, both in the field and academically, shape my empathetic, results-oriented approach to therapy.
