About My Clients
Struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or OCD can feel isolating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I take a collaborative approach to help you understand what you’re going through, develop strategies that fit your life, and create meaningful change. Therapy isn’t about quick fixes or forced positivity. It’s about working together to build the skills and insight you need to feel more in control and move forward with confidence.
My Background and Approach
As a psychotherapist, I specialize in helping people navigate challenges, with a strong focus on anxiety. My approach is rooted in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), meaning we’ll work together to accept thoughts and feelings while taking meaningful action. We’ll build strategies to help you stay present and engaged, even in difficult moments. By identifying your goals and values, we’ll create a plan for a more fulfilling life. Using mindfulness and other techniques, we’ll develop skills to manage anxiety and improve well-being. If you’re ready to take the next step, let’s talk.
Why I am a Good Fit for You
As a licensed clinical social worker, I provide inclusive, affirming care for queer men and nonbinary individuals struggling with anxiety. I know how overwhelming anxiety can be, making it hard to stay present and connected to what matters most. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work together to help you stay grounded, commit to your values, and build the skills to manage anxiety. Using acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and other techniques, we’ll focus on what truly supports your well-being. If you’re ready to take the next step, let’s connect.
