About My Clients
I work with individual adults aged 25-55. I help with identity issues, family issues, interpersonal relationships, social functioning, coping skills, stress, and anxiety. I am sex-positive, weirdo-friendly, shame-free towards addiction, and an LGBTQIA+ ally.
My Background and Approach
I use a person-centered approach (what works for you specifically). I also utilize nature therapy (healing through nature) and existentialism (finding meaning in life).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It's important to have the freedom to be yourself, find what makes you calm and happy, and surround yourself with the people and things you like.
