My Background and Approach
I have completed Gottman level 1 training and use the Gottman method for marriage and relationship therapy. This is a structured method of relationship therapy that will help you rebuild the foundation of your relationship and rediscover what works best for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My passion is to help people overcome life's obstacles. I am an overcomer! I was born with three fingers on my left hand and one finger on my right hand. Although my birth condition has presented me with many physical and emotional challenges, I have not and will not let them keep me from living life to the fullest! Neither should you let your obstacles block you from your best life! I want to come alongside you and help you find your way over, around, or through your difficulties. I specialize in helping married couples work through relationship issues. I also specialize in helping individuals overcome anxiety or depression.
