About My Clients
I specialize in working with young adults and adolescents navigate through life transitions that are holding them back from reaching their full potential. My clients describe me as friendly, patient, warm, and compassionate. My goal is to create a comfortable environment in order to allow my clients to be open and feel safe while in therapy.
My Background and Approach
I want to help people live the life that makes them feel like they have the power to grow and change. I have had success helping my adult clients think of their life from a different perspective to help maximum potential. My adolescent clients have improvements in their overall self-esteem and decreases in their depressive symptoms. In young adult clients, a common focus has involved assisting them to cope and manage life transitions. I focus on helping my clients reduce any stress, fear and/or anxiety in their lives. I enjoy using mindfulness techniques during my sessions. I am a certified Child Parent Psychotherapist and use these techniques to strengthen child/ parent attachment.
