Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. My goal is for this process to feel supportive, affirming, and appropriately challenging.

Thank you for considering me as your partner in health. In my practice, I strive to foster a nurturing environment where mutual understanding is the cornerstone of our partnership. I am deeply committed to a holistic care philosophy that acknowledges and respects the intricate tapestry of physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual aspects that make you unique.
My emphases are addressing mental health of marginalized groups, and understanding how culture should be respected and acknowledged in the therapeutic space. As I continue to work on obtaining my doctorate in psychology, my interventions and approach to treatment informs me how to customize the therapeutic space for each client and praise our differences while promoting inner healing. Creating emotional space and showing the power of it helps my clients narrate their lives once more.
My clients tend to be super creative and intuitive but often struggle with confidence and self-esteem because due to deep processing, they're overwhelmed and feel less productive. They may also be called"quirky" or "too sensitive". They may be told something is wrong with them even though they have amazing gifts that the world silently depends on. They are overstimulated and have empathy overload.
I am passionate about working with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and gender-expansive clients. If you are seeking a place to work through depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, body image issues, or general "stuckness," I am here to provide a safe, judgment-free environment for you to explore your capacity for healing and growth.
My ideal client is a person or couple that knows, no matter what they bring into a therapeutic space, they are valued, and they are the experts of their own lived experience. When we cross oceans together, you'll be the steering the ship, with me as your navigator. I understand the complex reality of intersectional identity that creates privilege or compounds to reinforce oppression and marginalization. My clients seek to live the best version of their lives and are willing to explore to do so.

I approach therapy with a focus on supporting diverse individuals, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and migrant communities. I’m particularly passionate about advocating for Latinx and BIPOC folks, especially regarding queer issues and the stigma they face. Using a blend of methods like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, I create a safe space where clients feel understood and valued. My aim is to empower you to navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and foster meaningful change.
I support clients in striving for emotional safety and authenticity—whether individually, as a family, or with romantic partners. I specialize in working with relationships, helping to dissolve distance or conflict while building a foundation of emotional closeness. Growing up as a “third culture kid,” I also have a particular interest in supporting first- or second-generation immigrants as they explore cultural attunement with themselves or their communities.
Struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or OCD can feel isolating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I take a collaborative approach to help you understand what you’re going through, develop strategies that fit your life, and create meaningful change. Therapy isn’t about quick fixes or forced positivity. It’s about working together to build the skills and insight you need to feel more in control and move forward with confidence.
