I mostly work with trans and polyamorous folks who are wanting to grow and improve their lives. You are good, and I believe that fear often clouds one’s goodness. So often blocks to wellness can be found in the parts of ourselves that we believe we must hide, shame, or disregard. Through shadow work and exploring the narratives that we live by, I work with my client's to reclaim their power and find wholeness.
I am very passionate about working with clients at the intersection of BIPOC and Queer Identities. I am familiar with issues that impact College Students, Cancer Patients, Caregivers, and people with Eating Disorders. I enjoy working with adults 18-45 who are struggling Grief, Anxiety, and Trauma. Most of my clients will at some point hear me talk about defining one’s values, how to be more self-compassionate, and the benefits of mindfulness. We will hopefully laugh a lot as well!

I specialize in treating anxiety disorders and OCD. I work a great deal with LGBTQ+ clients, including those who identify as transgender and nonbinary. I strive to create a safe space for my clients to explore gender identity and struggles with gender dysphoria. I enjoy working with clients who are insightful and ready to make positive life changes.

I am experienced in providing Executive Functioning Skills Development with those diagnosed with ADHD and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder. I also specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for emotional and mood regulation with adults, and inference-based CBT (I-CBT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP) for those with OCD.
