My Background and Approach
I utilize a warm eclectic approach from skills gained while providing treatment to clients for over two decades. I am knowledgeable in evidenced based best practices but have a relaxed psychodynamic approach. I have worked in academic healthcare settings for years giving me unique insights in how to work with providers, clinicians, and first responders. We will work closely to uncover your primary concerns and explore ways to help you find the answers that will support better health.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone benefits from therapy and has value. Therapy should be a normal part of a healthy lifestyle with annual check ups. You live with yourself every day - you should like the person you live with. Much of what we do is unconscious - self reflection is the place that you can gain insights into who you are truly meant to be.
