I provide individual therapy to adults. I employ next layer healing with many of my clients, who have already had success utilizing therapeutic techniques to target specific symptoms. Despite this success and progress, they often still feel that something is out of alignment. Using an integrative and holistic approach, I help clients work towards a deeper layer of healing that gets to the root of judgments and negative messages they have received through the human experience.

As a member of the queer community, it has been important and fulfilling to me to support LGBTQ+ clients throughout my career. I am in training to become a Certified Body Trust Provider, meaning I help clients work on their relationship with food and themselves from a weight-inclusive, health-at-every-size stance. Additional areas of focus include anxiety, grief, relationships, stress management, and self-care.
