Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or other mental health concerns, I am here to support you with compassion, honesty and an open mind. I work primarily with young adults and adults from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. Most often, the folx I partner with are seeking an opportunity for growth and healing as well as an opportunity to further enhance coping skills and self-understanding.
I work with clients ages 16 and up. I specialize in working with clients managing anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and life stressors/changes. I have experience and really enjoy working with LGBTQ+ clients. Additionally, I am trauma- and neurodiverse-informed.
Anxiety is not who you are, it’s what you’re feeling - and we can change that. I specialize in helping people struggling with anxiety shed old patterns of overthinking, self-criticism, and self-doubt. Clients tell me that after our work they leave feeling confident, grounded, and calm. I also provide crucial space for therapists/trainees looking for a place to take off their "therapist hat" and settle in for that long journey into themselves.

My passion is helping the LGBTQIA+ community to find satisfaction in their life. Including setting boundaries, exploring traumas and life stressors, as well as understand our behavioral and communication patterns that might be hindering our other relationships. I enjoy working with young adults to address anxiety, depression, past and current traumas/stressors and relationship difficulties.
I love supporting clients in developing self-compassion, identifying and building on strengths, and learning new approaches to achieve a sense of well-being and peace. I have experience working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, social and communication challenges, gender and sexual identity, polyamory, and neurodivergence.
As a mental health practitioner, I often work with men who are navigating various life challenges. My clientele primarily comprises individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and relationship or intimacy issues. These are men from all walks of life who may feel overwhelmed by their emotions, trapped in negative thought patterns, or struggle with interpersonal connections.

Everyone experiences distressing or overwhelming challenges at different points in life. Many people struggle to manage these inevitable difficulties, get stuck and then subsequently feel defined by their emotional pain. This can negatively impact relationships, ambitions, work and self-worth. I believe in people’s inherent right to live meaningful and joyful lives and in their ability to choose how to respond to life’s challenges.
You've experienced sexual assault (and you might find it hard to label it that way). You struggle with intimacy and are worried there is something wrong with you. You often feel anxious and even when things are going well in relationships it feels like you are waiting for something to go wrong. Sometimes during sex you cry, dissociate, or try to just "get through it". You're worried you might never get over the bad things that have happened to you and that on some level you're broken.
Are you a young adult having doubts about starting therapy? Are your thoughts and emotions making it tough to manage daily tasks and achieve your goals? Are past experiences affecting how you engage with yourself and those around you?

I provide psychotherapy to adults with anxiety, interpersonal issues, and stress related to work, academics, and life transitions. I am also a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist and have 20 years of experience working with clients during pregnancy/postpartum and providing therapeutic support around managing parenting-related mental health concerns and stressors from infancy to empty nest.
My clients are motivated to learn about themselves and discover the things that interfere with their living their best life possible. Clients come to me with addiction issues and may be struggling with ambivalence towards changing, or are motivated to give up self-destructive patterns of behavior. Clients might be anywhere along the path towards coming out and stepping fully into their sexual identity.
I support individuals and couples using an eclectic model, which includes EMDR for anxiety, depression and trauma-related disorders. I have a bit of a specialty in working with polyamorous/consensually nonmonogamous individuals and couples. I am experienced with ADHD, chronic illness, LGBTQIA+ issues, and perinatal emotional concerns. I also offer EMDR Intensives, so that we may get the work done in fewer sessions! I now offer walk-and-talk in-person therapy in the Central MA/MetroWest area.
