About My Clients

I love supporting clients in cultivating self-compassion, building on their strengths, and discovering new strategies for greater peace and well-being. I specialize in working with folks navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship dynamics. My practice is inclusive of neurodivergence, gender and sexual identity, polyamory, kink, and social or communication challenges. Together, we can create a path toward growth and authenticity.

My Background and Approach

My work is rooted in the belief that everyone is doing their best with the tools they have. I take a collaborative approach, blending your innate wisdom and lived experience with my clinical expertise to explore fresh perspectives, ideas, and strategies. My goal is to help you develop skills to better understand yourself and recalibrate when life veers off course, fostering self-compassion along the way. With a gentle, direct, and nonjudgmental style, I integrate reflection, thoughtful questions, and even humor to support your growth. Together, we'll uncover and reframe old narratives, align your personal values, and set meaningful goals. Whether it's fostering accountability or discovering new insights, I'm here to help you navigate challenges and create lasting change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Body liberation and an awareness of systemic oppression are core principles in my practice. I honor and celebrate the diversity of human experiences, including gender expression and neurodiversity, and strive to support you in creating a life that feels meaningful and purposeful to you. I believe therapy is inherently connected to larger systems and that healing can be a form of resistance. Everyone has the right to access care, make decisions about their own bodies, and be treated with dignity and respect. Protecting your privacy and autonomy is a priority in our work together. If you ever have any questions or concerns, I hope that we can work together to ensure you feel safe and supported. Outside of the office, I love cooking, losing track of time in a good book, and exploring the woods with my dog, who consistently encourages me to enjoy the present moment.
