About My Clients

I have experience working with a variety of people from different backgrounds who have faced addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, major life transitions, and other mental health struggles in their lives. I am also passionate about having an affirming and informed practice for LGBTQIA+ identities of all ages, in addition to working with couples (heterosexual, same-sex, and queer couples).

My Background and Approach

My approach to therapy is multidisciplinary. Drawing from evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative therapy, and Psychodynamic principles, I believe in a tailored and collaborative journey. With a rich background in crisis PR, entertainment, and music, I ventured into clinical psychology, obtaining an MSW from Boston College. Conrad most recently worked at McLean Hospital, the leading psychiatric hospital in the United States, in their NB1 inpatient unit and the McLean Behavioral Health Outpatient Program. I have worked as a residential counselor at the Tharros House in Lexington, Massachusetts, helping young men nurture their passions and find meaning in their lives in recovery from substances. Conrad’s unique blend of experiences has enriched his perspective on life, allowing him to appreciate individuals' resilience in the face of adversity.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Therapy is an opportunity to take the much-needed time to reflect and become more familiar with what we want out of life in an incredibly demanding world where we are often left with very little time for ourselves and our relationships. I am an empathetic and dedicated therapist, wholeheartedly committed to guiding individuals toward improved mental health and overall peace and well-being. My therapeutic style is humanistic, compassionate, relaxed, and empowering. I profoundly care about the unique experiences of my clients and wholeheartedly honor the path that my clients are on. You are the expert in your experience and I feel privileged to accompany you at your current place in life. I look forward to speaking with you and hearing about how we can work together to accomplish your goals.
